建立全民健康体检管理平台实现标准化

通过全民健康体检，扩大广大群众对自身身体状况的了解，普遍接受健康知识教育，做到疾病早发现、早诊断、早；同时，进一步提升基层基本公共卫生服务能力，完善居民电子健康档案，掌握各类人群健康状况，制定科学的干预策略与应对措施，让城乡居民享受健康惠民带来的红利，实现全市城乡居民健康体检全覆盖，参检居民健康档案建档率 100%，通过体检新发现的慢病患者管理率100%。
