为了能够更好的帮助医院客服部门、临床科室实现信息化的随访工作,大量门诊患者、住院患者的随访问题,同时提高临床科研管理信息,提高统计效率和准确度,医院需要建设一套完善的患者随访平台,将医院各科室相关随访工作进行统一管理并实现所需的各项业务功能。

医院部署一台Tomcat服务器管理, 采用MS SQLServer 数据库,作为整个系统的主服务器。 开发语言采用JDK开发平台,JAVA虚拟机,稳定,可跨平台,具有良好的可扩展性和性。

系统采用BS架构,兼容64位、32位操作系统,客户端免安装,浏览器访问系统,方便快捷。使用人员客户端只需要通过IE浏览器(版本为 8.0以上),输入用户名/密码登陆使用系统。用户权限通过管理员授权获得。
